March 14 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm
Join us at Assumption Catholic Church (2403 Atlantic Blvd., Jacksonville FL 32207) to receive a vision screening at no cost to you! No appointment needed. The vision screening will check your visual acuity to determine if an eye exam is needed.
A vision screening is the first step to receive follow up vision care through Vision Is Priceless. For more information on vision screenings, vision care services offered, and our qualifications, visit www.visionispriceless.org or call (904) 503-2423.
