Public Vision Screening – Mobile Pantry Program

Following CDC guidelines for the COVID-19 virus, we have implemented program safety measures to ensure the safety of our clients, community partners, volunteers, and staff. If you are joining us for a vision screening or exam, we ask that you:

– continue to wear a mask if you have not received the COVID-19 vaccine;
– attend a screening at a later date if you are exhibiting signs of COVID-19 or believe you have been in contact with someone who may have been exposed;
– and adhere to the CDC’s social distancing guidelines of 6 feet whenever possible.

Public Vision Screening – Mobile Pantry Program

0 Comment

Join us for a public screening event to receive a vision screening at no cost to you! All are welcome to attend. The vision screening will check your visual acuity to determine if an eye exam is needed.

A vision screening is the first step to receive follow up vision care through Vision Is Priceless. For more information on vision screenings, vision care services offered, and our qualifications, click here.

***This free, public vision screening will take place as part of the Mobile Pantry Event at the Nourishment Network Market hosted by Lutheran Social Services (LSS) and Feeding Northeast Florida. Every first Wednesday and third Friday of the month (beginning Wednesday, July 1st) from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. prepackaged boxes of food will be distributed on a first come, first served basis for up to 200 people.
