Public Vision Screening – Lutheran Social Services

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, we have implemented additional program safety measures to ensure the safety of our clients, community partners, volunteers, and staff. Additionally, if you are joining us for a vision screening or exam, we ask that you:

– wear a mask (masks are required at many of our screening locations);

– attend a screening at a later date and/or reschedule your exam if you are exhibiting signs of COVID-19 or believe you have been in contact with someone who may have been exposed;

– come to the screening or exam alone or limit who comes with you to one person (who we will ask to wait outside or in your vehicle);

– and adhere to the CDC’s social distancing guidelines of 6 feet whenever possible.
